I'm not doing anything big, but I've noticed that I get lazy about brushing the dentals so I'm devoting the next 40 days to developing a better brushing habit.
I'm being mute because I wish to be more wise about the words I speak.
So please do not be offended if I do not answer your phone calls or respond to a simple hello on the street! There are other ways of communicating with me of course, but you can figure it out.
